We’re halfway through April, and things are heating up! This is one of my favorite times of year—my grass is looking extra green, and I’m staying busy helping families buy and sell homes all over the place. Coming Soon to Wichita: Children's Mercy Pediatric Clinic

Big news for Wichita families! Children’s Mercy has just released renderings of its upcoming pediatric clinic in northeast Wichita—and it’s set to make a major impact on healthcare in our community.

📍 Location: Near 29th St. North & Greenwich Rd
📅 Opening: Summer 2026

The new 18,000-square-foot facility will offer:

• 30 exam rooms

• On-site lab & imaging

• A bright, welcoming design inspired by their KC Research Institute

💡 Why it matters:
This new clinic is expected to serve over 10,000 pediatric patients a year and was designed with accessibility and family comfort in mind. With convenient highway access and space for future expansion (including a possible hospital wing and heliport), it’s a major step toward improving specialized care for children in Wichita and beyond.
